Our Approach to Executive Search

We ensure we clearly understand the client culture and job requirements before we begin, so that the project runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Internally, we have a strong research function which sources candidates from across a carefully targeted list drawn up from our knowledge of the client’s market.

All our work is bespoke, undertaken on a retained basis, to allow us to work closely with our clients to provide a personal, tailor-made service. Our 100% delivery record is based on a strict process-driven methodology with a predictable outcome – client satisfaction. Every assignment is headed up by a designated project director supported by consultants who will fully understand the brief.

The client will receive a shortlist within a maximum of six weeks from commencement of the assignment. During this time, we normally present a benchmark candidate (hence the origin of our name) to get a feel of the true attributes the client requires. This leads to the shortlist soon after, and a target of completion within six to eight weeks, dependent on the availability for interview of candidates and clients
